BMS World Mission

Riding instructor needed in Thailand

Hope Home cares for eight disabled children in Chiang Mai, in the north of Thailand. We are looking for someone flexible with a heart of mission who could offer riding instruction skills to help teach the carers and children at Hope Home for three to six months.

Previous experience of working with disabled children is not essential but would be helpful.

This opportunity is part of our volunteer programme and as such is a self-funded placement. You will need to cover the cost of your flights, insurance, visa and living costs. An approximate budget can be provided on request. Accommodation will be organised by the overseas partner.

If you have the skills and would be interested in fulfilling this need, then we would really like to talk with you. You would need to be a committed Christian, normally resident in the UK and willing to be involved in the life of Hope Home. Why not call Rachel Whitney, Volunteer Programme Organiser, on 01235 517647 for an informal chat?
