Daily prayer 26/10/2010: Pray for Tom and Caroline Howell with their three children, Abigail, Bethany and Matthew, as they work with a Ugandan director and seek to co-ordinate church links between the UK and Uganda.
Weekly prayer focus on Uganda
Community partnership ministries is a new venture being developed by BMS with the Baptist Union of Uganda (BUU) with the aim of re-building broken communities with the church in the centre following
many years of war.
One of the first issues to be addressed is in the area of land rights; who owns what land? This is particularly important to the widows and child-led families who risk losing a place to live and grow food.
