Pray for relationships with the Unions in the UK

Daily prayer 12/10/2010: Pray for relationships with our sister Unions in the UK to continue to deepen in order that we will be even stronger in mission together, here and further afield.
Weekly prayer focus on new opportunities
Whilst we should never idolise the ‘new’ simply for the sake of novelty, there is a responsibility under God to discern how our mission needs to be constantly reviewed in order to remain firmly in the heart of God’s will.
Images of the vine being pruned for growth, and God’s word “behold I am doing a new thing” (Isa 43: 19) remind us of the imperative to be open to change. Pray with us this week for some of the new things we are facing.
